Marriage in the time of Covid

Tin Guan says couples who come to the Johor Theng Chuang Tan Clan Association to register their marriage generally follow all the Covid-19 precautions.

JOHOR BARU: The Covid-19 pandemic has brought on a series of challenges and standard operating procedures (SOP) for industries across the board, and the registration of marriage is no different.

According to an assistant registrar of marriage, Darren Tan from the Kulai Che Ai Khor Character Uplifting Association, the National Registration Department (NRD) has a set list of SOP to be followed when registering a marriage.
