THE Penang Island City Council (MBPP) has introduced a Green Incentive programme for over 3,000 of its staff members in a push for a cleaner, greener and healthier city.

The programme, the first of its kind to be introduced in the civil service force, aims to encourage civil servants to take up healthy and environmentally-friendly practices in their daily lives.
