THE Covid-19 cases will continue to go up if the public fail to adhere to the standard operating procedure (SOP), says Penang Chief Minister Chow Kon Yeow.

He said SOP compliance is the ‘vaccine’ for now while we await vaccine to be created for coronavirus.
