Johor to set up special zones for mussel, clam and fish breeders

JOHOR BARU: The Johor government is planning to set up three Fishing Industry Zones (ZIP) next year to increase the productivity of mussel, clam and fish breeders in the state.

Johor agriculture, agro-based and rural development committee chairman Datuk Samsolbari Jamali said ZIP was important to ensure production would not be disturbed by any future developments.
