RESIDENTS of Aman Putra flats at Jinjang Utara in Kuala Lumpur want Jalan Aman Putra 1 to be sealed off as lorries have been dumping rubbish indiscriminately along the roadside.

The culprits, they complained, would sometimes set fire to the rubbish and the resulting smoke affected nearby residents.
