Subang Jaya Municipal Council (MPSJ) is seeing a deficit budget this year and next year, which will be recovered using its reserves.
In light of the Covid-19 pandemic and movement control order (MCO) imposed in March, MPSJ was only able to recoup RM250mil in revenue compared to its initial target of RM305mil.
