THE recent announcement of a fully cashless parking payment system in Kuala Lumpur has not gone down well with stakeholders.
Starting Oct 1, Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) said payment for street parking in the city under its purview would only be available via mobile apps EZ Smart Park, FlexiParking and Wilayah Parking as well as M-Cash e-wallet.
