KUANTAN: Rapha Children’s Home has thanked Kuantan MCA for giving a helping hand to the three sisters who lived a squalid life surrounded by garbage and animal waste.
The home’s chairman Alex Chow expressed his appreciation to Kuantan MCA deputy chairman Datuk Seri Soon Shy Chwan for contributing food and financial support.
