POTENTIAL housebuyers can still take advantage of the many deals offered by participating developers in the extended StarProperty Stay-At-New-Home Virtual Fair 2020.

A total of 19 projects are listed in the virtual fair, which has been extended to Oct 7 by popular demand.

Among the many attractive properties featured at the fair are offers from Symphony Life and Paramount Property.

For Symphony Life’s Union Suites @ Bandar Sunway project, a host of rebates, discounts and zero legal fees on top of the Home Ownership Campaign offerings are offered to buyers.

The developer also provides a hassle-free investment plan, providing up to a projected 7% rental yield through the asset management service managed by UJ Hostel.

Union Suites is located a stone’s throw from Taylor’s, Monash and Sunway universities. It is just down the street from Sunway Pyramid shopping centre and Sunway Medical Centre.

There are 626 units with built-ups ranging between 463sq ft and 1,445sq ft.

Paramount Property’s Sejati Lakeside and Berkeley Uptown also have a host of freebies tied to the projects, including rebates, discounts, zero legal fees and free memorandum of transfer.

Sejati Lakeside’s award-winning homes include 86 units of 26’ x 70’ double-storey superlink houses and 53 units of 22’ x 70’ double-storey terrace houses.

These new homes line up ever closer to the 18.2ha lake and the development’s 2.02ha of landscaped parks with 19 multi-purpose facilities for the whole family.

Recently recognised with StarProperty’s Family Friendly Excellence Award, owners of properties in the project will enjoy spacious homes designed for multi-generational living.

Offering homes within one of the best education-centric developments is Berkeley Uptown in Klang.

The units are designed with easy access to Sri KDU International School, which will begin its first intake next month.

Berkeley Uptown also offers a wide spectrum of facilities that cater to all ages, for both the young and young-at-heart.

In addition, there will be a whole lot of prizes to win at the StarProperty virtual fair, which is probably the only fair

organiser that rewards both visitors and housebuyers.

This year’s “Win Kaw Kaw Campaign” promotion ensures that everyone who attends any StarProperty fair becomes a winner.

Three levels of competitions, namely Visit & Win, Book & Win and Buy & Win, are offered this year.

Visit now at and visit any of the StarProperty fair to stand a chance of winning more than RM50,000 worth of prizes and holiday packages.

To win additional prizes and vouchers, simply place your booking at the fair.

Upon completion of your purchase, there will also be RM100,000 worth of rewards to be won, including trips to Greece, Japan or South Korea.
