KUALA LUMPUR: Residents of Kampung Jalan Langgak Bukit in Setapak have asked for an extension after a developer who owns the land issued a notice asking them to vacate the area by Thursday (Sept 24) to make way for a land clearing exercise.
The issue began last November when the first notice was issued, prompting Batu MP P. Prabakaran to step in to negotiate with the Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) for the 13 households here to be relocated to public housing projects (PPR).
