JOHOR BARU: A student currently pursuing his doctorate in one of the public universities in the country was looking forward to getting married on Nov 1,2020.

The 26-year-old claimant who declined to be identified, had on Sept 21,2019 paid RM8,300 using his credit card to a wedding planner.
