Support group strives to give cancer-stricken kids hope, strength

CHILDHOOD Cancer Awareness Month is globally recognised every September by childhood cancer organisations around the world.

To honour this event, the Cancer Associates and Kindred Network (Cakne), a holistic support group for childhood cancer patients at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia Medical Centre (HUKM), launched its first Cakne Gold Ribbon Campaign with the theme “Share Hope, Share Strength.”
