State govt urged to give more aid to the poor

JOHOR BARU: Johor government has been urged to give another round of financial aid to help small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in the state aside from the initial Bantuan Ihsan Johor (BIJ) and Bantuan Sara Hidup (BSH).

Perling special coordinating committee chairman Datuk Nur Jazlan Mohamed said both the initiatives had strict terms and conditions and required personal details to be submitted either online or at a government agency’s office.
