JOHOR BARU: The Kampung Orang Asli Kuala Masai Fishermen’s Association is seeking help from the Johor government for breeders whose mussel production was affected by harmful algal bloom (HAB).
HAB is commonly referred to as red tide, a sudden population explosion of a toxin-producing microalgae.
