Virtual campaign gives property buyers three chances to win prizes


Property buyers have not one but three chances to win prizes worth RM300,000 through property developer SP Setia’s Appreciation Draw.

The draw, held as part of SP Setia’s National Day and Malaysia Day celebrations until Sept 16, is in collaboration with the Setia Virtual-X online platform.

To qualify for three chances, customers need to place a booking for a Setia property within Malaysia during the promotion.

Next, they will have to sign the sales and purchase agreement within two months from the date of booking and lastly, fill in the lucky draw form and drop it off at the developer’s sales gallery.

The exciting prizes up for grabs include Samsung smart home appliances, Samsung Note 20, Dyson vacuum, Bower & Wilkins headphone and branded smartwatches.

Setia Virtual-X is part of Setia’s digital journey in providing a unique and interactive experience to its customers.

Setia Virtual-X allows buyers to get more information on the promotions offered for Setia properties in Penang, Klang Valley, Johor and Sabah, as well as its international developments such as Battersea Power Station in London, Daintree Residence in Singapore, Sapphire by the Gardens in Australia, EcoLakes, and EcoXuan in Vietnam.

The government home ownership initiative, will also be available during this campaign.
