JOHOR BARU: Local councils have been told to blacklist business owners who use their premises in Johor as a cover to conduct illegal gambling activities.

State police chief Comm Datuk Ayob Khan Mydin Pitchay said many gambling syndicates’ modus operandi was to use licensed business premises to hide their activities.
