FOUR out of six business premises in Penang have reopened their doors to the public after being slapped with temporary closure orders for not complying with the Covid-19 standard operating procedure (SOP).
State local government committee chairman Jagdeep Singh Deo said the premises including Hameediyah Restaurant had cooperated with the authorities in ensuring all the rules were followed.
