AFTER three weeks of daily cleaning by 200 city council workers and 92 gotong-royong sessions, there are no more chikungunya and dengue hotspots in Penang, according to Datuk Keramat assemblyman Jagdeep Singh Deo.
He said that as of Sunday, there remained only one active case in Batu Lanchang and two in Pulau Tikus.
