JOHOR BARU: Johor Ruler Sultan Ibrahim Ibni Almarhum Sultan Iskandar has suggested strengthening strategic cooperation between the state and Melaka to encourage development on both sides.
His Majesty stated that Johor and Melaka had always forged a close relationship because of geographical and historical factors.
