LOCAL and global innovators who can generate inspiring ideas and concepts in crafting a future city at Penang Bay stand a chance to win the first prize of US$20,000 (RM83,870).

The Penang government launched the Penang Bay Ideas Competition to get Penangites to come out with suggestions to manage the coastal stretches of George Town and Butterworth.
