THE Ipoh Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ISPCA) is planning to build a facility to temporarily house captured stray dogs on land allocated by Ipoh City Council (MBI).
ISPCA president Ricky Soong said the facility would be similar to a standard shelter, complete with space to treat and neuter stray dogs.
