JOHOR BARU: The state government plans to set up Johor Civil Servants Academy (JCS Academy) in an effort to strengthen its civil service.Mentri Besar Datuk Hasni Mohammad said the academy would serve as a training centre for knowledge development and provide a platform to shape capable and skilled civil servants.
“Through quality experience and learning, we will have civil servants who will be able to form and manage policies well.”
