PENANGITES are law-abiding people as more than 99% have been found to comply with the Covid-19 standard operating procedure (SOP), said state local government, housing, town and country planning committee chairman Jagdeep Singh Deo.

“We conducted a total of 610,416 checks on premises between March 18 and July 31, and found a 99.7% compliance rate on the island and 99.35% on the mainland.
