PEOPLE living along Sungai Penchala in Section 19, Petaling Jaya, are worried that repairs taking place at the riverbank will cause flash floods.
Resident Ng Boon Kin said in recent years, rainfall had been unpredictable and in April, water level in the river reached its brim.
