SIBU: Sibu Coffeeshop and Restaurant Owners Association wants the authorities to clarify the standard operating procedure (SOP) regarding the registration of customer details in log books at eateries.

Its chairman Tong Ing Kok said food outlet operators feared that without proper guidelines, they would be faulted if there were discrepancies in the log book.
