PENANG will not tolerate any non-compliance of standard operating procedures (SOP) during the recovery movement control order (MCO), in its bid to combat the Covid-19 pandemic.

State housing, town, country planning and local government committee chairman Jagdeep Singh Deo said in view of a second wave outbreak in many parts of the world, Penang would not be taking any chances.
