43,481 households receive aid under BKSS package

KUCHING: Over half of 78,123 B40 households in Sarawak have received the latest monthly payment under the Bantuan Khas Sarawakku Sayang (BKSS) special economic package.

In a statement, the state Economic Planning Unit (EPU) said 43,481 eligible households with a bank account were paid RM250 through their respective banks on July 29, with the estimated expenditure totalling RM10.87mil.
