JOHOR BARU: Johor MCA has set up a state public complaints bureau to provide a platform for the public to turn to when dealing with any problems they may have.
Johor MCA Youth chief Ling Tian Soon said that the bureau would be headed by Sri Gading MCA Youth chief Kevin Chok Ngen Kerk.
