Seremban 2 is young, compared to many other townships. Despite this, it has undergone major transformations over two decades.

Just 25 years ago, the site of the yet-to-be-developed Seremban 2 was a barren parcel of agricultural land with very little value appreciation in the local property market.

When IJM Land stepped in circa 1995, the transformation started and in no time, Seremban 2 was formed. The township became more integrated, harmonised and sustainable.
