Currently at 70% completion and expected to house 100,000 residents upon maturity, Seremban 2 has seen an increase in demand for properties from Klang Valley housebuyers.
At present, 20% of the total residents originated from the greater Klang Valley area, and the numbers have been increasing steadily by the year as people seek to enjoy lower living cost and a balanced lifestyle.
Thanks to the shift in lifestyle priority, the younger generation are pursuing more conducive and tranquil living environments to raise their families.
As a result, many Seremban 2 residents have chosen to make the township their homes while commuting daily to Kuala Lumpur for work and school.

The 12ha Hill Park has its own nickname, Dinosaur Park, which features a mini dinosaur park complete with numerous dinosaur sculptures and features which were built to ignite children’s curiosity about the prehistoric world.
At 121.9m above sea level, Dinosaur Park offers panoramic views of the entire Seremban 2 township.
