FIVE cash prizes totalling RM18,000 will be given away to lucky ratepayers who pay their assessment this year and arrears via online, appointed collection agencies or Paylink Global kiosks.
Seberang Prai City Council (MBSP) mayor Datuk Rozali Mohamud said all premises owners on Penang mainland would be entitled to the lucky draw that would end on Aug 31.
