Developer makes it a happy chase for home ownership

Residensi AVA in Kepong is one of the projects in UEM Sunrise’s The Happy Chase campaign.

PROPERTY developer UEM Sunrise has launched “The Happy Chase” campaign, promising stress-free rebates, more attractive rewards and easy entry for house buyers.

The campaign is in conjunction with the government’s Home Ownership Campaign (HOC 2020), announced last month by Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin.

As the nation recovers from the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, the campaign aims to address concerns house buyers face by going above and beyond the entitlements under the HOC 2020.

UEM Sunrise is offering booking fees from as low as RM1; waiver on sale and purchase agreement and loan legal fees; and a multitude of other benefits which include additional rebates and subsidies.

House buyers will be able to enjoy subsidised maintenance fees for up to two years, free kitchen cabinets and home appliances for selected participating projects, just to name a few.

The campaign targets three groups: young adults or first-time house buyers who are “chasing” their dream to be independent and own a home; a more mature audience known as the upgraders who are “chasing” their dreams for greater security for the family; and investors who are in search of properties with value and potential.

“As an extension of the UEM Sunrise tag line ‘Find Your Happy’, The Happy Chase campaign takes aspiring new homeowners and upgraders on a journey to find their dream home and happiness through simple and stress-free steps with a little fun added into the mix, ” said UEM Sunrise chief marketing officer Kenny Wong.

“Each UEM Sunrise development has been designed and built with a deep understanding of what our customers want, and with the philosophy of E.V.E. (Exciting, brings Value, Easy to Own).

“Our developments are future-proofed to withstand generational shifts and evolving needs of customers, ensuring that they are sustainably built to appreciate in value and have a long shelf life, ” he added.

The campaign recently kicked

off with a Cuti-Cuti Malaysia monthly lucky draw offering the chance to win 3D/2N holiday packages to the best of local destinations.

Potential buyers can also take part in The Happy Chase property game show scheduled to kick off in August.

Hosted by actor, radio and TV presenter Baki Zainal, the show takes participants through a series of live game shows on Facebook.

UEM Sunrise house buyers can win additional rebate vouchers worth up to RM9,000 with every successful booking on top of the developer’s already exciting offers.

The Happy Chase offers 22 high-quality and attractive projects in the central and southern regions.
