KUCHING: The state Utilities Ministry has moved its target of achieving 97% rural electrification from this year to early next year in view of delays due to the movement control order (MCO).
The ministry said rural electrification work schedules were affected by the MCO imposed in March in response to the Covid-19 pandemic.
