Council keen to start training for athletes

JOHOR BARU: The Johor Sports Council (MSNJ) hopes the Youth and Sports Ministry will give them the green light to start training athletes in contact sports for the upcoming Malaysia Games (Sukma).

MSNJ director Mohd Gadaffie Abd Aziz said contact sports such as judo and silat are some of the sports in which athletes are targeted to win gold medals.
