KUALA LUMPUR: Dark stains on the wall and raw food ingredients scattered on the floor were among the horrifying finds at a tempe processing factory in Taman Perindustrian IKS, Batu Caves, during an operation conducted by the Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL).
The operation on Tuesday (July 21) also found four foreign workers at the premises who were not vaccinated against typhoid.
