THE Penang Island City Council (MBPP) has maintained that two Malaysian Civil Defence Force (JPAM) personnel are on duty at the Tanjung Bungah market.
MBPP councillor Connie Tan Hooi Peng said the two personnel are stationed at the market’s entry and exit points respectively from 7am to 10am every day.
