SIBU: Sibu Municipal Council (SMC) plans to promote Taman Indah Pasar Tamu as a market with multi-racial traders, to showcase diverse and unique Sarawak produce and food to both locals and visitors.

This new weekend trading site in Jalan Teku is expected to begin operations in October, with traders from the Jalan Mahsuri Sunday Market relocated there.
