KAJANG Municipal (MPKj) councillors are calling for tougher action against illegal dumpsite operators in the municipality, including imposing a higher fine on offenders.

Councillor Khoo Khim Han said the current RM1,000 fine against illegal dumpsite operators was too low and not a deterrent to such offenders.
