RESIDENTS and shopowners in Taman Jinjang Baru in Kepong, Selangor, have heaved a collective sigh of relief after seeing Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) contractors start work rebuilding drainage in the area.
Frequent flash floods occur in the neighbourhood because of the poor drainage, especially in Jalan 1/32, 4/32, 8/32, 9/32 and 10/32.
