Melaka approves 100 sites for night markets, street bazaars


MELAKA: The Melaka state government has approved 100 sites for the reopening of morning markets, night markets and street bazaars under the recovery movement control order (MCO).

Chief Minister Datuk Sulaiman Md Ali said that of the total, 21 night market sites had been identified by local authorities to operate in stages, starting yesterday, in accordance with the standard operating procedures (SOP) set by the National Security Council and Health Ministry.
