BARBER shops and salons that raised prices to an unreasonable level after reopening have been ordered to justify their new prices to the Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs Ministry (KPDNHEP).
Penang KPDNHEP director Mohd Ridzuan Ab Ghapar said that out of 34 salons and barber shops inspected in the state, 15 were ordered to respond regarding their price hikes.
