SIBU: Social distancing was literally thrown out of the window when the National Registration Department (NRD) office reopened after three months of closure due to the movement control order (MCO).
The NRD office is located at Urban Transformation Centre (UTC) in the central market. It opened at 8am but the crowd started to build up by 7am.
