JOHOR BARU: Johor MIC Youth has teamed up with City University Malaysia Johor Baru campus to offer underprivileged Indian youths a chance to pursue tertiary education.
MIC Youth deputy chief B. Subramaniam said they held discussions with the the private higher education institution to offer scholarships to this end.
