Drug addicts on a high brought down by police

PENANG police picked up 15 men who were said to be high on drugs during a two-day operation codenamed Ops Tapis in south Seberang Prai.

The suspects, aged between 20 and 50, were detained in several raids in Sungai Acheh, Nibong Tebal and Simpang Ampat.
