ELMINA Green Three, the latest phase of two-storey houses in Sime Darby Property’s award-winning township City of Elmina, is open for preview.

Elmina Green Three is a freehold development comprising 412 units of 20x80 double-storey extended link homes with built-up areas from 2,262sq ft to 2,983sq ft.

The first phase of 218 units are available for pre-launch with prices starting from RM709,999 after rebates and before bumiputra discount.

The new phase emphasises Elmina Green’s thoughtfully designed five features of wellness –- comfort, sustainability, security, lifetime homes and health.

Homes are designed to be more spacious, from exterior to interior, for ease of movement and comfort for all family members.

The homes’ open-plan layout integrates both living and dining areas for more space and functionality.

The ground floor has a spacious Granny Suite with ample room to fit a king-sized bed and a walk-in wardrobe.

All homes come with four bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms for privacy and convenience.

Elmina Green Three has improved interior finishing for a classy home.

Potential homeowners will have a hassle-free move-in with FittingsPlus+ features such as instant water heaters, outdoor water filter, air conditioning unit points and piping (without indoor unit), booster pump and built-in grilles that offer peace of mind while maintaining the signature Elmina Green façade.

Sime Darby Property (township development) chief operating officer Datuk Wan Hashimi Albakri said Elmina Green Three embodied the improved version of Elmina Green 1.

“We looked at the success of Elmina Green 1, which achieved 100% take-up, and reflected on how best we can build a new phase of homes that are bigger, bolder and better to meet the needs of multi-generational families and those seeking an upgrade.”

“The improvements made include designing the homes to be three metres longer than usual, to provide more space, and equip them with signature fittings for a hassle-free move for housebuyers.

“This gives them less to worry about before moving into their new home.

“That, coupled with rich greenery and facilities around the township, provides potential homeowners what they need to lead a comfortable lifestyle in our township dedicated to wellness, ” he said.

An abundance of greenery surround the township.

Elmina Green Three is situated next to a 1,080ha forest reserve, 8.4ha of Sakura Lake, 3.2ha of Infinity Lake and approximately 1.6ha of recreational park.

Those who live in Elmina Green Three will also get to utilise the 90km jogging and cycling tracks.

Elmina Green Three is conveniently connected to the Guthrie Corridor Expressway, Federal Highway, Latar Expressway and New Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE).

The Damansara-Shah Alam Highway (DASH), which is currently under construction, is expected to shorten travel time to the city centre, further enchancing the connectivity and accessibility of the township.
