PENANG has decided to endorse the recovery movement control order (MCO) as announced by Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin.
Chief Minister Chow Kon Yeow said the state would carry out the recovery MCO for all business and economic sectors allowed by the Federal Government.
