Dialysis centre in dire straits

THE Penang Caring Dialysis Society might have to close its dialysis centre if it can’t get more funding.

Its chairman Loh Guat Hong said the centre located at Wisma MCA in Transfer Road, George Town, needs around RM60,000 to run a month but it is now operating on a deficit of RM30,000.
