Pasar Bisik in Penaga, Kepala Batas in Penang will only reopen if the green light is given by the Health Ministry and National Security Council.

Kepala Batas MP Datuk Seri Reezal Merican Naina Merican said if both the ministry and council were satisfied with the implementation of the standard operating procedure (SOP), then the fish market will reopen soon.
