TWENTY public parks in the federal capital that are managed by Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) were reopened to visitors when the conditional movement control order (MCO) began on May 4.
However, enforcement officers are keeping an eye on the situation to ensure all guidelines are adhered to by visitors.
