FIFTEEN taska (nurseries) at workplaces in the public sector in Penang have reopened, said Chong Eng.
The state women, family development and gender inclusiveness committee chairman said the nurseries which resumed operations on Monday were subject to their compliance of strict standard operating procedures outlined by the National Security Council.
