AUTHORITIES are coming down hard on business premises that do not observe the standard operating procedure (SOP) during the conditional movement control order (MCO) period.
This time, a restaurant in Jalan Kampung Paya, Butterworth, was ordered to close for a week after it was found to have violated the conditional MCO on Sunday.
